1. How long does delivery take?
   We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 working days. UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by location and carrier.
2. Do you ship internationally?
   Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
3. Can I return or exchange an item?
   We accept returns for faulty or damaged items (where we are at liability) where first contact with us is made within 7 days of delivery. Once we acknowledge and confirm the damage, you must send the item back to us within 14 days of our confirmation of damage. Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind or sizing issues. Please check our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details.
4. What if my order arrives damaged?
   Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Once we have acknowledged and confirmed the damage, please send the item back to us within 14 days. Proof of postage will be required. Please check our Refunds & Returns Policy for further details. 5. How do I choose the right canvas size?
   Each product page includes a size guide with dimensions in inches and centimetres. Please also check the Sizing Chart found in the footer section of our website. If you’re unsure, please send us a message using our Contact Us.
6. Where is the Sizing Chart for our T-shirts?
   The Sizing chart for our T-shirts can also be found at the bottom of the homepage under Sizing Chart.
7. Are your t-shirts and canvases ethically sourced?
   Yes. Our garments are printed on responsibly sourced fabrics and our canvases use FSC-certified wood frames and eco-conscious inks wherever possible.
8. Will my canvas arrive ready to hang?
   Yes. All canvases are gallery-wrapped around sturdy frames and arrive with pre-installed hanging hooks. . However, you will require a nail and hammer to ensure the exact spot on the wall is ready for the hook of the canvas to be hung from.
9. What printing method do you use?
   We use high-resolution direct-to-film (DTF) printing for t-shirts and canvases. This ensures vibrant colours and long-lasting quality. Please note that as the cropped pictures of areas of the artwork on the website are extracted from the actual design, depending on the monitor of your computer/tablet/phone used, the colours may vary slightly. The best ICC colour profiles have been used to ensure the best quality possible and keeping the resolution and details of the artwork in pristine condition.
10. Can I cancel or change my order?
    Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the production may have started and changes may not be possible.
