These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of the Rocky Dawn website and any purchase of goods from us. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.
Products, Orders and Pricing
Product images are for illustrative purposes; colours and appearance may vary by monitor and print run.
All products are printed to order. Descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith but may contain errors.
Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors and to accept or decline any order; if we cancel an order, we will refund any payment taken.
Payment and Order Acceptance
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the point you place your order.
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud; if we cancel we will notify you and refund any payment taken.
Shipping, Delivery and Risk
We ship within the UK and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and service chosen; estimated delivery times are indicative only.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. You must inspect goods on delivery and notify us promptly of any visible damage.

Cancellation by You or Us
Because goods are made to order, we do not generally accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If you wish to cancel, you must contact us immediately at support@rockydawn.com. We will cancel the order only where the first stage of physical processing (DTF printing) has not begun and at our discretion.
If we cancel an order, we will refund any sums paid.
Liability and Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
We endeavour to keep the Site secure and virus free but cannot guarantee it. You use the Site at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on the Site, including designs, images and text, is owned by or licensed to Rocky Dawn. You may not reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
