Every set is made after you order it, then packed by hand in the studio. Here's what to expect.
Production time
Canvas sets are printed and stretched to order. Standard production is 5–7 business days from order confirmation before your set leaves the studio. Apparel ships within 2–3 business days.

United Kingdom
2–3 business days · £5.50 flat rate · Free on orders over £75.
Europe
4–6 business days · from £28 · Free on orders over £400.
United States & Canada
5–8 business days · Canada £7.50 flat rate · United States £9 flat rate · Free on orders over £75. Duties calculated at checkout.
Rest of world
7–12 business days · calculated at checkout. Import duties are the recipient's responsibility.
Packaging
Multi-panel sets ship in a single crush-proof carton with individual foam-corner protection for each panel. Larger sets (60″+ per panel) may split across two cartons — you'll be notified before dispatch.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a live tracking link the moment your set leaves the studio. If tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, write to us — we'll chase the carrier.
Returns
We offer 30 days of gallery returns from the day your set arrives. If the proportion, colour or feel isn't right for the room, write to us and we'll arrange a collection.
- Sets must be returned in original packaging and unhung.
- Return shipping is free within the UK and EU. International returns are pre-paid at cost.
- Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5 business days of arrival.
Damage in transit
It's rare, but it happens. Photograph the outer carton and the damaged panel within 48 hours of delivery and email hello@rockydawn.co. We'll reprint and reship at no cost — no return required.
Commissions & bespoke sets
Custom sizes and bespoke commissions are made to specification and are non-returnable unless faulty. Full terms are agreed in writing before we begin.
